Care instructions

Thank you for purchasing a Kraisberg-HANDIWORKSHOP product.
I am very grateful that you chose me. Thank you for your trust and I hope that the quality of the products fully meets your expectations.
In order for your product to serve you for a long time, you need to properly care for it:

How to wash polymer clay products?

The product can only be washed with warm water using regular shampoo or using a liquid detergent with a cloth or soft sponge.
- DO NOT use powders containing chlorine or use abrasive cleaning agents.
- DO NOT use a hard sponge or brush, as this could scratch and harm the product.
It is not recommended to keep in water for a long time, because the clay then softens, and the product itself loses its original shape. But you can try to save it by drying it with a hairdryer.
After you have washed the product, it must be dried. You can blot the product with a towel or napkin. This will be enough.

What can not be done with a polymer clay product?

- DO NOT rub, otherwise you risk ruining the product or its embossed surface.
Do not test polymer clay products for strength, durability and flexibility. Of course, polymer products are quite elastic, so they will not be damaged if dropped from an insignificant height. But if you start checking such a product for strength, picking, scratching with sharp objects, throwing, then it may lose its integrity forever.
Polymer clay is not compatible with solvent, perfumery, alcohol, acetone, as well as other chemical compounds that can subsequently cause significant and irreparable harm to its surface.

Polymer clay is inedible!

Sometimes polymer clay products look so believable that they can be confused with real food.
Therefore, be very careful when leaving such products in the presence of children. Explain to them that "this" cannot be eaten!

Polymer clay is afraid of low temperatures

Polymer clay does not tolerate low temperatures as cold destroys its texture.
Try to store the product in a warm, dry place not in direct sunlight.
